Ladyhawk Events feels honored when we are asked to join a couple on what will be the most important day of their lives! We believe that it's your day, it's your wedding, but it's our responsibility as your Wedding Planner.
We want you to enjoy the entire journey from the moment you saw the ring to the last dance of the reception. You provide the inspiration, style, and heart. We provide the means, knowledge and our hearts too. Each wedding is a personal extension of both the couple and the Wedding Planner. Ladyhawk Events wants to be that Wedding Planner and we will exceed your expectations.

Bands of Gold
This is a weekend Wedding Coordinator Package. We provide Review meetings that give us a chance to meet with you to make sure everything is in order leading up to the big day. A Vendor Review Meeting where we meet to make sure that the vendors have everything they need and so do we. Once this is done we will meet with you to create a Wedding Day Schedule which we will distribute to all parties involved. We also attend the rehearsal, perform setup, and provide you with 16 hours of Wedding Planner services to make sure that everything happens the way it's been planned on your Wedding Day.

Diamonds to Bells
This full service Wedding Planner package provides you with all the services to plan and pull off your wedding with the least amount of stress possible. We help the loving couple to design their wedding from the time "She said yes!" to the "I do's!" and all the way through the "Celebration"! We take our "Bands of Gold" package and we add Design Assistance, Vendor Selection, and Budget Monitoring. You also receive the most personalized care that we can provide to make sure that every experience leading up to the big day is the absolute greatest it can be! When you work with a Wedding Planner from Ladyhawk you'll feel special, because you become a member of our family!

Customize it!
Some weddings will not fit into a standard Wedding Planner package and we know this, so in an effort to help those that may need something a little different, we have the ability to customize any of our packages to fit your needs.
